Atwood 2010

Well, here we are at the Buckeye State Funeral Directors and Embalmers Retreat and Conference.  The event is being held at Atwood Lake Resort and Conference Center.  V and I were lucky enough to get a room with a view of the lake and a wifi connection. So all is good.  I had a chance to look at David Haldeman's Terradise Pro software. Pretty neat stuff. All the more so because he displayed it on an HP Touch Screen Computer.

This year's theme seems to be centered on the internet. We have over 5 hours of internet related presentations. I get to talk for two hours on how Funeral Directors can use social media in their business. Along the way I created a facebook page for First Fruits Child Care. I will probably need to make pages for Pernel Jones and Sons Funeral Home as well as the Cummings and Davis Funeral Home. More on that later
